  • You must not scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without written consent.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures.

Disclaimer

UniPath provides university and programme information for guidance only. While we strive for accuracy using GTEC-verified sources, we cannot guarantee the completeness or currency of all data. Always verify critical information directly with the institution.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act (Act 843) and applicable international standards.

Data we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication method.
  • Profile data: career interests, grades, budget preferences (provided voluntarily).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries (anonymised analytics).

How we use your data

  • To personalise university and programme recommendations.
  • To power the AI Academic Advisor with relevant context.
  • To send important account notifications (no marketing without consent).

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted sub-processors (Google Cloud, Vertex AI) solely to operate the Platform. No data is shared with universities or third-party advertisers.

Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your Profile page.
  • Request a full export of your data by emailing privacy@unipathghana.com.
  • Withdraw consent and close your account at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; this will sign you out of the Platform.
